When you offer or introduce a new reward, you naturally want to let all your customers know as soon as possible. You can instantly share this with all your customers who use the Joyn app.<\/p>\n

How?<\/p>\n

  1. Go to the Joyn merchant portal (business.joyn.eu<\/a>) and log in.<\/li>\n
  2. Open the \u2018Rewards\u2019 tab.<\/li>\n
  3. Select \u2018+ Create new reward\u2019.<\/li>\n
  4. Enter the details of your reward (in at least one language)<\/li>\n
  5. Choose an appropriate icon.<\/li>\n
  6. At the bottom, tick the option \u2018Automatically notify your Joyn app users of this reward.\u2019 <\/li>\n
  7. Select \u2018Save\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
