  2. Press the \u2018Statistics\u2019 tab.<\/li>\n
  3. Scroll down to the \u2018Percentage of loyal customers\u2019 and click on \u2018My formula\u2019.<\/li>\n
  4. Enter your formula.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    TIP:<\/strong> The frequency of returning customers is different for every merchant. Therefore, enter your formula based on customer behaviour as experienced by you.
