Customers without an email address can still save up for Joyn bonuses in your shop. <\/p>\n

The procedure is as follows:<\/p>\n

  1. If a customer scans using an unregistered card or app, the following message appears \u2018Register your card\u2019.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on \u2018No email address yet? Contact the merchant.\u2019<\/li>\n
  3. The app will ask you to enter the tablet\u2019s access code.<\/li>\n
  4. After entering the code, you can simply add the points to the unregistered card or app. The registration screen will not be shown again during subsequent visits.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note!<\/strong> When you bypass the system for your customers as explained above, you do not collect any data. This means you cannot reach these customers through your email campaigns either.
