The procedure is as follows:<\/p>\n

  1. Your customer scans his Joyn app in the Joyn Business app on your tablet.<\/li>\n
  2. Your customer chooses an available reward and presses \u2018Redeem\u2019. These points are now automatically deducted from the customer\u2019s points total.<\/li>\n
  3. You enter the amount and confirm with the button \u2018Save and pay points\u2019.<\/li>\n
  4. You will be given the opportunity to change the amount before confirming and indicate that your customer wants to continue with Payconiq.<\/li>\n
  5. Your customer will be presented with a message on his smartphone asking to press \u2018Continue\u2019 to proceed with the payment via the Payconiq by Bancontact app.<\/li>\n
  6. Your customer enters his PIN in the Payconiq by Bancontact app to confirm.<\/li>\n
  7. Payment is confirmed on your customer\u2019s smartphone and on your tablet in the Joyn Business App.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
