When your customer has activated the coupon and subsequently visits you in the shop, you follow the same procedure as normal. <\/p>\n

  1. You press \u2018Start\u2019 or \u2018Scan card\u2019 and enter the number of points. <\/li>\n
  2. The customer scans the QR code from his Joyn card or Joyn app on your tablet or smartphone. Next, a pop-up window will appear, stating that your customer is entitled to the coupon.<\/li>\n
  3. Redeem the coupon by pressing the confirmation button.<\/li>\n
  4. The customer receives his bonus and the points earned with this purchase.<\/li>\n
