  2. Go to the \u2018Customers\u2019 tab.<\/li>\n
  3. Find the relevant customer.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the customer\u2019s name.<\/li>\n
  5. Scroll to \u2018Transactions\u2019.<\/li>\n
  6. Click the \u2018Add points\u2019 button.<\/li>\n
  7. Enter the number of points you want to award to this customer.<\/li>\n
