You cannot deduct points, but you can delete a transaction. The procedure is as follows:<\/p>\n

  1. Log in at business.joyn.eu<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Open the \u2018Transactions\u2019 tab and find the transaction you want to cancel.
    Can\u2019t remember when the transaction took place, but do know the customer? In that case, find the customer and look for the transaction in his or her personal history.<\/li>\n
  3. Press the bin icon next to the transaction you want to delete.<\/li>\n
  4. Confirm by pressing the blue \u2018Remove transaction\u2019 button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note:<\/strong> the transaction will turn red and the points will be deducted. This can be seen by you, the merchant, but also by he customer whose transaction you deleted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
